Wild Horses – Kayseri

Today’s Olympus photo is dedicated to the Western movies we all watched for a while (still continuing) on Sunday…

Uncle Ali, who lives in the Hörmetçi Village of Kayseri, is someone we know thanks to Olympus Brand Ambassador Nuri Corbacioglu… Uncle Ali, who earns his life with his herd of approximately 300 horses, also provides very interesting and productive photo frames for us photographers…

This is a photo I chose from the work we did in April 2016 in Kayseri and its surroundings, where we organized photography trips for images with different atmospheres in four different seasons…

A photograph that we took using the shadows extending along with the horizontality of the evening light and the softening color of the same light… While taking the photo, I used a tele lens to aim for the image to become more “compressed” with the effect of “concentration of perspective” and to fill the frame with horses… Also, minus (-) exposure. I have enabled shadows to be formed stronger, and with the Cloudy setting in the White Balance preference, warmer tones appear in JPEG files…
