Pressing the shutter button at the appropriate moment is one of the most important criteria in almost every photograph we take. It can be an effective way of expression to record the movement, excitement and emotion by pressing the shutter button when the energy is at its highest.

Especially when there is movement in human and portrait photos, recording the movement by freezing helps to capture effective moments by pressing the shutter button at the appropriate moment.

For this purpose, using the aperture at its widest value gives the shutter speed a chance to use the highest shutter speed depending on the current light condition.

Having the ISO 1 – 2 stops high will also ensure that the shutter speed is high.

With general light metering (and even using the ESP light metering system on Olympus cameras) it ensures that almost any spot has the right light value.

Again, as in all shots, making a minus (-) exposure will ensure that the tones are formed correctly.
